The Wild has a fun storyline, excellent animation which is enjoyable for kids with a good balance of comedy and action
Bob Parr is Mr. incredible who was a crime buster and whose job as a super hero was to save lives and stop crimes. But now due to government cut backs he is forced to live the life of an ordinary man. One day he gets a call from an anonymous person seeking his services and Bob cannot wait to get back to his days of glory. The movie in essence is about a one man struggle against crime, and how in even the most average families there are incredible parents and kids who can battle all odds. The film won the Academy Award in 2005 for Best Animated Feature as well as Best Achievement in Sound Editing. This is the first Pixar movie to be rated PG and the first Pixar film not to have lyrics to any of its score. This is also the first Pixar movie in which multiple characters die. The Hindi DVD has a Hindi audio track. Bob Parr's Hindi voice is performed by Sharukh Khan.
